Pineapple Chow is one of the many Trini treats that you might see selling in downtown Trinidad. There are dozens of different chow. Like this one, they're mostly covered with seasonings such as shadow beni, salt, pepper and much more. Most of the times, the vendor will ask the customer what ingredients they'd like them to add.

These are homemade sauces from a confectionery stand in downtown Trinidad. These sauces can be added to any dish but is mostly used in Chow.

This is the doubles vendor my friend and I interviewed in downtown Trinidad.
