Among all the norms in Trinidad and Tobago, what really sets this island apart from any other country is its food. With my iPad in hand and a friend who was willing to walk in the hot sun with me, I ventured into downtown to interview vendors on their goods and ask them about the reactions tourists have when they first experience a real Trini treat.
