Another stop on our Trini treat adventure is the Chow Man a.k.a Dr. Chow. Dr. Chow has been in the chow making business for a while and has even attracted the eye of one of the local newspapers. He's known for making the most delicious chow in Port-of-Spain and the most unique. Dr. Chow imports some of his fruits from other Caribbean islands such as Barbados. He's even into making his own sauces and gave my friend and I a sample of some of his newest sauces. The video below is the interview we conducted with Dr. Chow.
